Download the Zoom Outlook plugin from /download. On Mac, right-click the Zoom app in the Dock, select Options Open at Login.
Click on ‘General’ and then click the box that says, ‘Start Zoom when I start Windows’. On Windows, go to the Zoom client and click ‘Settings’ at the top right. Mac OS Catalina users will need to use the Outlook add. Additionally, Mac OS Catalina no longer supports plugins, including the Zoom Outlook plugin. Initially planned for June 2020, this timeline has been postpone until later 2020, to be determined by Microsoft. At this time, Zoom will also stop development and support of the Mac Outlook Plugin. Install the Zoom Microsoft Outlook Plugin from Zoom 64-bit PC or Mac (the Outlook plugin is an 64-bit application if you're using a 32-bit system, consider using the Office 365 Add-In ).macOS 10.15 Catalina does not support plug-ins, including the Microsoft Outlook Plugin for Zoom.
